 Preconstruction Activities - Drawing and design deliverables management - Coordination with National, International
or local architects and consultants for various structural, architecture and services jobs. Liaison and working closely
with contract department; floating RFQ; organizing pre-bid meetings. Vendor management and acquisition till
finalization of each vendor;
 Construction/ Execution – Planning and Monitoring schedules for different level of engineers to execute all exterior
and interior works. Coordinating with different team of contractors like civil, façade, signage, lighting etc. for exterior.
Flooring, wood work, Gypsum work, painting etc. in coordination with MEP team for interiors. Measure and Billing.
 Administrative activities – Conducting meetings, presentations etc; updating different check
