Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Project Manager to lead the sales and marketing operations of high-profile residential projects across NSW. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing project campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results aligned with business objectives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about residential off the plan property and marketing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with clients and agencies.
  • Analyse lead and buyer journey data to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
  • Coordinate project marketing assets including websites, listings, advertising, and display suites.
  • Provide strategic reporting and recommendations to clients.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including solicitors, architects, and media agencies.
  • Oversee offshore sales promotions and ensure teams are well-briefed.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential project marketing, ideally within a developer or off-the-plan setting.
  • NSW Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
