Coordination among stakeholders of project for timely completion of project along with meeting client requirements  Managing and monitoring activities like procurement, vendor management, cost optimization, negotiation on purchases  Planning and execution of activities as per agreed standards including management of internal clients for design finalization and retail area layout completion.  Dealing with contractors and finalizing material purchases as per retail requirements  Ensuring smooth completion of each stage during construction with optimum utilization of resources and adherence to timeline.Preparing and reviewing preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.  Reviewing Subcontractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by validating them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.  Delivering preliminary drawings, working drawings and full detail drawings for architectural, structural and mechanical works associated with building construction or improvement projects.  Managing Team of drafting personnel and responsible for day to day drawings delivery.  Coordinating with designers, technicians and other personnel to incorporate concepts and information into drawing packages.
