  • Assist with internal office administration including greeting visitors, answering calls, and supporting broader Corporate Services when required.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Project Support or Project Administration role, ideally within engineering, construction, or professional services.

  • Strong document control skills and experience preparing technical documentation.

  • Experience preparing or assisting with contract documents (exposure to AS2124 highly regarded).

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word—styles/templates, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading capability.

  • Strong numerical skills and the ability to work with complex equations or technical information.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
