Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver diverse urban development projects across sectors.
  • Drive client engagement and contribute to business growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a high-performance culture.
  • Navigate planning frameworks and deliver strategic, future-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • A degree in Planning or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in urban planning (consulting or government).
  • Strong knowledge of the NSW planning system.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and writing skills.
  • A passion for shaping better places and delivering real-world impact.

Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects (a plus).
