About the Role
This is a key leadership position supporting our national teams and senior stakeholders. - Collaborate with senior leaders to meet revenue and people objectives through deep analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement best-practice policies and procedures across client and internal operations.
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and ensure consistency across offices.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, business analysis, operations, or finance.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a data-driven mindset.
- Open to candidates interested in a modified or reduced work schedule.

We take great pride in doing what’s right and operating in ways that benefit the business, our people, our clients, our communities, and the environment.
Experts join experts, and we welcome you to join us as we lead the industry into the future.
