Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our talented team for a 6 month migration project. In this role, you will play a crucial part in migrating & deploying systems into our ecosystem. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, compliancy, security, and scalability of the systems being migrated.
Key responsibilities:
Plan & Implement network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls.
Interrogate, interpret & merge firewall rules between hardware vendors.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Ability to meet deadlines within a project.
Technologies:
Firewalls (Palo Alto, SonicWall)
Switching (Aruba, Cisco)
Aruba Central
Azure Cloud
Solarwinds
Qualifications
Networking certification or industry experience
Working knowledge of scripting with PowerShell.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot network (LAN / WAN/WLAN) issues.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer in the Information Technology Industry.
