Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our talented team for a 6 month migration project. In this role, you will play a crucial part in migrating & deploying systems into our ecosystem. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, compliancy, security, and scalability of the systems being migrated.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan & Implement network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls.
- Interrogate, interpret & merge firewall rules between hardware vendors.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Ability to meet deadlines within a project.
Technologies:
- Firewalls (Palo Alto, SonicWall)
- Switching (Aruba, Cisco)
- Aruba Central
- Azure Cloud
- Solarwinds
- Networking certification or industry experience
- Working knowledge of scripting with PowerShell.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot network (LAN / WAN/WLAN) issues.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer in the Information Technology Industry.
