Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our talented team for a 6 month migration project. In this role, you will play a crucial part in migrating & deploying systems into our ecosystem. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, compliancy, security, and scalability of the systems being migrated.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan & Implement network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls.
• Interrogate, interpret & merge firewall rules between hardware vendors.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Ability to meet deadlines within a project.

Technologies:

• Firewalls (Palo Alto, SonicWall)
• Switching (Aruba, Cisco)
• Aruba Central
• Azure Cloud
• Solarwinds

• Networking certification or industry experience
• Working knowledge of scripting with PowerShell.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot network (LAN / WAN/WLAN) issues.
•  A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer in the Information Technology Industry.
