We have a fantastic opportunity for National Marketing Operations Manager to join our award-winning Real Estate Management Services team based in our waterfront Auckland CBD premises.

As the National Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of marketing initiatives for a national portfolio of retail centres. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all aspects of marketing operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented team, implement best practices, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Colliers.

The value you’ll add

  • Oversee the operational performance of the marketing function across a portfolio of retail centres and environments
  • Manage the delivery of marketing services across the portfolio to ensure consistency of service and outputs
  • Collaborate to develop strategy for marketing retail assets and contribute to strategy for commercial assets
  • Ensure the effective use of research, marketing, financial, administration and public relations across the portfolio
  • Develop and implement national systems, processes, and best practice and identify and implement national efficiencies
  • Manage agency providers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities
  • Oversee procurement including marketing and research
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
  • Utilise data-driven insights to measure marketing performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing assets, campaigns, and communications
  • Develop and present regular reports including insights and recommendations
  • Stay abreast of broader retail market, industry, and customer trends

Qualifications

  • 7+ years' proven successful marketing experience; retail marketing experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in social media, E-Direct Marketing, Google Analytics and WordPress
  • Experience in Photoshop would be an advantage
