• Prepare project scope, goals and deliverables that support project team.
• Full involvement from project start to execution completion, handover within the agreed time without compromising on quality.
• Single point of contact for project execution.
• Develop project timelines and ensure timely execution of works at site.
• Carrying out quality inspections and audits for MEP works executed.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members.
• Identification and resolution of issues and conflicts within the team.
• Develop best practice and tools for project execution and management.
• Support and Coordinate with all Stakeholders involved in the project. Coordinate with
• Client, Landlord, Building Management, Local Authorities and MEP allied services team.
• Follow up of resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Planning and budgeting, preparing change orders / variations etc.
• Full responsibility on project execution, testing and commissioning as per specifications and standards.
• Timely delivery of projects and handing over.
