Job Description

This role is integral to enhancing the productivity of the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) business, primarily through the management and preparation of bid submissions, pitches and client presentations.

  • Project manage the internal bid process, including the preparation, development, and delivery of tailored submissions for significant projects.
  • Review, edit, and develop content such as executive summaries, team profiles, and case studies, sourcing relevant information internally to support bid requirements.
  • Provide marketing support to the REMS team, addressing operational and day-to-day questions.
  • Collaborate with the REMS Marketing team to create bespoke, client-centric pitch documents and presentations, incorporating creative copywriting and innovative content ideas.
  • Participate in project briefing and bid kick-off meetings.
  • Coordinate bid input and content requirements by engaging with key stakeholders across various service lines.
  • Uphold all client and third-party confidentiality requirements as part of any bid process.
  • Assist the REMS leadership team with quality management of bid templates and supporting collateral, ensuring compliance with best practices and Colliers’ brand guidelines.
  • As required, support the Senior Marketing Manager by contributing to content updates and formatting in Adobe InDesign, creating EDM templates, and sourcing imagery.
  • Maintain the internal communications platform on SharePoint for the REMS national team.
  • Monitor, review, and update the content/template library, including CV, case studies and testimonials.
  • Contribute to team meetings with ideas to streamline and enhance the REMS delivery platform and expand the service offering.
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in improving internal and external communications, including client-focused marketing collateral, brand awareness campaigns, industry awards submissions, media publications, thought leadership, email campaigns, and social media.
