We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the onsite team at Wall Street Mall in Dunedin.
We are looking for an experienced professional to implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to assist in delivering value to the retail businesses that call Dunedin home and assisting in the overall growth of the asset.
This role is a part time role, 20 hours per week, with days and hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
The value you’ll add
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan
- Lead the marketing of the centre through the execution of research, marketing, financial, administration and public relations
- Build a positive brand profile for Wall Street Mall
- Build positive relationships with tenants, the community, media and stakeholders
- Actively monitor and keep abreast of centre and industry changes
- Prepare and contribute to reporting and budgeting
- Assist with strategic planning for the asset

- 3+ years’ successful marketing experience
- Experience in delivering a comprehensive social media strategy
- Experience in brand management and digital marketing
- Experience with budgeting and resource management
- Proficient with WordPress or similar web-based CMS
- Proficiency in E-Direct marketing, and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, My Business and Tag Manager would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign or Canva would be an advantage
