The Marketing Manager will drive the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and lead generation efforts across all service lines. This role requires a strong leader who understands the real estate industry and can align marketing strategies with business goals. You will oversee a team, manage agency relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-impact campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead branding, positioning, and messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Team & Stakeholder Management:
- 1 direct report = graphic designer
- Collaborate closely with sales, research, and advisory teams to support lead generation and client engagement.
- Collaboration with Head of People to create strategy for Employment Brand elevation.
- Campaigns & Lead Generation:
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Optimize marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
- Track and report ROI on marketing investments.
- Digital & Content Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and website management.
- Oversee content strategy for blogs, reports, videos, and press releases.
- Events & PR:
- Coordinate real estate events, client seminars, and industry conferences.
- Manage public relations and media engagement to build brand reputation.
- Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
Leverage data to enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization efforts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience.
- Proven experience in the real estate industry or B2B professional services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success in brand building, campaign execution, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
