Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing & Submissions Coordinator to join our Real Estate Management Services business. With exposure to the office, retail and industrial asset classes, this role is actively involved in managing the bid and submission process for the Real Estate Management Services team, including the compilation of submissions, pitches and client presentations, researching the market and providing intelligence to support the bid process.

In addition, you will be contributing to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives for the Real Estate Management Services team and the creation and management of marketing collateral.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prepare major submissions and marketing materials, including presentations, tenders, pitches, proposals, capability statements, graphics and visual imagery
  • Work with the team to increase overall awareness and exposure of our Real Estate Management Services experts and capability internally and externally
  • Monitor, review and update content on our various platforms including Colliers intranet, the company website, CRM, email marketing platforms and social media channels
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Real Estate Management Services team. Including marketing campaigns, client events, digital campaigns and communications strategies
  • Participate and positively contribute to regular team meetings disseminating key messages and driving awareness around our key marketing initiatives
  • Act as a brand guardian for the Colliers brand. This includes monitoring, enforcing and promoting compliance of the branding guidelines across the Real Estate Management Services team and providing design and style guidance to support staff.
  • Constantly communicate with team assistants to ensure marketing initiatives are understood and implemented within each product line, provide training on design and style guidelines and new marketing products when required.

Qualifications

You will bring the following expertise to this role:

  • Qualifications in marketing, business or communications, with previous experience in a professional services or business to business environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and proactively
  • Ability to manage multi-layered projects, meet deadlines and show initiative
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
  • Highly proficient in InDesign, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel
