Job Description
The Capital Markets and Investment Services Analyst will provide support to the Capital Markets & Investment Services team through market research, marketing and promotions, and administrative support.
- Compiles listings to support client requirements and maintains the commercial and industrial property databases. Audits/confirms the veracity of the information before recording.
- Supports the Capital Markets & Investment Services department operators by assisting in the monitoring and updating of the status of commercial and industrial property listings on the company website and other marketing platforms.
- Assist in the implementation of the marketing and promotions strategies for specific properties as developed by the Head of Department and team leads, including out-of-home advertising and digital marketing.
- Supports the Capital Markets & Investment Services department in preparing presentations, pitch materials, submissions and studies that clients need.
- Supports the Capital Markets & Investment Services department in preparing research publications about the real estate investment market.
- Updates Capital Markets & Investment Services marketing collaterals such as Capability Statement and Track Record.
- Provide administrative support for the department such as preparation of periodic company reports, invoicing, deal tracking, referrals, as well as other admin-related matters as determined by the Head of Department
Qualifications
Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, statistics, marketing, real estate, urban planning, or any related course
- At least one year experience in a related field.
- Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing and Market Research
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Networking and Relationship Management
- Eager to Learn
- Willing to go out on field
- Perseveres and relentless until objective is reached
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
