Job Description

Objective:

As a member of the Advisory Services Department, to develop and expand
the firm's strategic consulting capability, improve its service delivery to
support and enhance the firm's business in China. Advisory Services' goals are
to develop and deliver the most comprehensive and world-class real estate advisory
services to assist our clients to determine the most effective development
strategy and maximize development profits.

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide high quality consulting services including development and market analysis, industry studies, occupier strategy studies and regional development strategy studies for Chinese and international
    clients;

  2. To assist in the management, development and marketing of advisory services;

  3. To develop continuously skills and experience through appropriate study, reading and training, maintaining Advisory Services at the leading edge of real estate consulting.


Qualifications

Key Accountabilities:
• Responsible for collaborating and communicating with developer. Ensure developer’s needs are fully understood, and be solved through providing professional services;
• Ensure the whole project is well planned, organized and implemented. Responsible for assigning work to subordinates, formulating job planning schedule, etc;
• Lead the team to discuss and confirm the ideas and layout of the overall project;
• Lead the team to deliver professional and insightful marketing research, positioning report, etc;
• Responsible for team building and development, and be able to cultivate and manage talents.


Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor degree is required; Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics or similar background is preferred;
• Five years of real estate market research or related experience is a must;
• Good knowledge and thorough understanding of the property markets in Guangzhou and other key cities within the South China region; Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is a bonus;
• Ability to execute commercial project independently. Successfully carried out commercial projects in the past;
• Ability to maintain good relationship with developers. Be able to listen, facilitate, and provide feedbacks to developers in a timely basis;
• 3 years of experience in managing a sizable team. Possess strong leadership skill;
• Possess strong skill in performing commercial property positioning tasks, such as overall positioning strategy, client interviews, financial analysis, master plans, etc;
• Logical thinking and analytical skills are a must; Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.);
• Good communication skills in English.
