·       Audit and Certification of Running account bills

·       Non Tendered Items rate recommendation for approval

·       Review of Budgets, BOQ's, Specifications, documents, etc., for the respective site

·       Conducting Internal QS Audit (includes review of works executed w.r.t. Specs provided in BOQ, verification of MAR's etc)

·       Attending various issues related to bill certification and dispute resolution, etc.

ACR review and control with variation statement as per GFC

·       Engineering graduate (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) with minimum of 8-10 Years of relevant experience

·       Should have handled multiple projects or Large / complex projects

Leadership qualities, Own and guide the team(Support staff)

·       Should be convergent with relevant IS codes, Tender clauses, specifications, etc.,

·       Should have knowledge on Present Prevailing Market rates, Tender conditions

Review of tender document, general conditions, payment terms, etc., along with highlighting the special conditions of the contract
