Job Description

Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers. Join our team as a Leasing Manager and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client who has a national footprint. 

Based in North Sydney,  you will utilise your effective relationship management and leasing expertise to meet retail leasing requirements for our client.

This is an initial 6 month contract. 

Key responsibilities in this role will include:-

  • Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract
  • Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations
  • Ongoing client relationship management
  • Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios
  • Increasing the security and utility of tenure
  • Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease duration's

Qualifications

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:-.

  • Strong background in retail leasing transactions including dealing with major landlords.
  • Ability to negotiate lease clauses.
  • Property management experience; retail, commercial and industrial.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients.
