Job Description
We have a unique opportunity for an aspiring or established property professional to join our Retail Leasing team. Based in our award-winning, waterfront Auckland CBD premises, you will be part of a successful agency team responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships to provide quality leasing solutions to retail clients.
The value you’ll add:
- Identifying and building relationships with prospective retail tenants and landlords in the market
- Establishing and maintaining high presence in the market
- Conducting property inspections, assessing market conditions, and providing expert advice to clients
- Creating and executing effective strategies to maximise outcomes for clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams nationally to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions
- Staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Maintaining a strong network of internal and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Must have REA salesperson's license
- Proven track record of high performance in sales or leasing would make for a successful transition into this role
- Understanding of the local retail property market and established network of clients
