We have a unique opportunity for an aspiring or established property professional to join our Retail Leasing team. Based in our award-winning, waterfront Auckland CBD premises, you will be part of a successful agency team responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships to provide quality leasing solutions to retail clients.  

The value you’ll add: 

• Identifying and building relationships with prospective retail tenants and landlords in the market
• Establishing and maintaining high presence in the market 
• Conducting property inspections, assessing market conditions, and providing expert advice to clients 
• Creating and executing effective strategies to maximise outcomes for clients 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams nationally to identify opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions 
• Staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities 
• Maintaining a strong network of internal and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities 

• Must have REA salesperson's license 
• Proven track record of high performance in sales or leasing would make for a successful transition into this role 
• Understanding of the local retail property market and established network of clients
