Job Description

This is an ideal role for an up-and-comer keen to progress within Marketing & Sales. 

This dual role will see you managing social media campaigns for the center as well as being responsible for sourcing and securing pop up, casual mall leasing and third income stream opportunities.

Some of the duties include:

  • Securing short term tenants, pop-ups, and centre campaigns
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and identify new revenue streams
  • Analyse market trends and demographics to curate an optimal bespoke pop up and casual mall leasing mix.
  • Manage the centres social media profiles and campaigns.
  • Implementing a calendar of marketing and event activities for the centre
  • Managing all marketing suppliers and agency relationships
  • Produce monthly reports on all activities leasing and marketing related

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a sales or marketing role
  • Relationship focused and client centric, you should have a genuine enjoyment for building relationships and growing your profile/market share.
  • Strong time management skills with a proactive and professional approach
  • Current license or registration as required by relevant statutory body
