Job Description

  • ​Maintenance tool Attendance (creation and updating of data, entries of monthly variables) 

  • ​Processing of meal vouchers  

  • ​Hiring: preparation contract letters, request documents to new joiners, sending data to payroll  

  • ​Preparation of Smart Working agreements for new joiners 

  • ​Support in organization of Onboarding activities  

  • ​Support in recruiting activities

  • ​Data Base Training update 

  • ​Support in scheduling agenda training and invitation for all employees  

​ 


Qualifications

  • ​Degree in humanities or economics; master's degree in human resources is a plus. 

  • ​Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken). 

  • ​Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. 

  • ​Excellent knowledge of the office package, in particular Excel and power point 

  • ​Ability to work in a team. 

  • ​Accuracy, precision and curiosity.
