This role is ideal for a people person who is a Property Graduate, or someone with 1-2 years previous experience working within a leasing or property management role.
Join our Occupier Services team as a Junior Leasing Executive and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client who has a large national footprint.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract.
- Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations.
- Ongoing client relationship management.
- Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios.
- Increasing the security and utility of tenure.
- Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease duration's
Qualifications
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:-
- A degree in Property Economics or relevant experience.
- Property management experience; retail, commercial and industrial is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients.
