We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Officer to join our Real Estate Management Finance team based in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Your primary responsibility will be to receipt large volumes of tenant payments and action email enquiries.
Your duties will include:
- Receipt large volumes of tenant payments
- Manage large volumes of emails, responding to tenant and internal client queries
- Daily bank reconciling
- Payment and suspense reconciliations
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to deliver memorable service
To succeed in this position, you will possess:
- Proven experience in high volume data entry environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and work to strict deadlines
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
