Job Description
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a recent graduate or current university student to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team at our Parramatta Square office. This casual position provides flexible hours and days, making it an ideal fit for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Some of your key tasks are outlined below:
- Process and approve supplier invoices and employee expense claims on time, following the Corporate Finance calendar.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of refunds.
- Monitor conjunction fees and ensure timely payments to external agencies.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for accounts payable.
Qualifications
The skills and attributes that are needed for this role may include:
- Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance.
- Some experience in an Accounts Payable role is desirable.
- Experience using Concur is highly desirable.
- Advanced computer software skills, particularly in Excel.
- Attention to detail for processing accuracy.
