Job Description

We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team and help deliver technology solutions that make a real difference. You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, improve processes, and ensure our systems support both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work with business teams to understand workflows and pain points, and capture requirements.
  • Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Run workshops, training, and change management activities to help teams adopt new systems.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of property management, valuations, or real estate operations.
  • Experience with property technology platforms.
  • Strong skills in business analysis tools and Agile project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Property, Business, or related field (preferred).
