Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our research activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our market data.
Responsibilities:
Data Management and Validation
- Comprehend and navigate the structure and organization of the company database.
- Input, manage, filter, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Regularly verify and update critical data points, using internal and external data sources.
Reporting and Visualisation
- Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI to showcase key business metrics.
- Use MS Excel to input and analyze data, prepare reports, and ensure data consistency between systems.
- Ensure alignment and accuracy between dashboards, reports, and CRM systems by standardizing and linking data.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
General Software Utilization
- Leverage MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to support daily tasks, reporting, and presentations.
- Integrate data insights from Power BI into reports and presentations for effective communication.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Enrolled in a degree program in Data Analytics, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Foundational knowledge of data modeling and relational database concepts.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with data visualization and competitive analysis tools.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus.
