Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a real impact in the real estate sector? Join our ESG department as a Sustainability Intern and support our Sustainability Lead  in their different missions to improve sustainability in the business delivery and the corporate governance of Colliers

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability strategy, regulatory compliance, and green innovation—while contributing to a more sustainable future for our clients and communities.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

• 🌐 Market & Regulation Watch: Quickly get up to speed with the sustainability landscape across the three Belgian regions and the EU, and help integrate evolving regulations into our internal processes and service offerings.
• ♻️ Project Support: Assist in delivering sustainability services such as:
  • Decarbonization pathway analyses
  • Energy audits
  • EU Taxonomy alignment
  • Asset optimization
  • Green finance initiatives

🎓 What You Bring

• Languages: Proficiency in French or English (minimum requirement)
• Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in:
  • General Sustainability
  • Sustainable Finance
  • Sustainable Construction
  • “Ingénieur de Gestion” or equivalent
• Mindset:
  • A strong personal drive to contribute to real estate decarbonization
  • A genuine desire to create positive impact for clients, Colliers, and society
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
