Job Description

About the Role We’re looking for a curious, future-forward intern to support our Design Technology Lead and design team. The internship focuses on exploring how technology can challenge existing workflows and improve the way we design and collaborate, both internally and with clients. You’ll help experiment with VR using Revit and Enscape, test new plugins, organise digital content, and document clear, efficient workflows alongside the team. This is a hands-on development role centered on tools, testing, and innovation, not on producing architectural or interior design deliverables.

What You’ll Do

  • Experiment with Revit, Enscape, AI and other design tools to test new plugins, VR workflows, and visualization techniques
  • Set up VR and Enscape experiences for internal design reviews and potential client presentations
  • Explore and evaluate emerging tools, automation techniques, and tech-driven solutions for design challenges
  • Support small technical experiments and pilot projects to test ideas before implementation
  • Help develop, organize, and maintain digital content such as Revit families, materials libraries, and templates
  • Assist in creating and documenting efficient workflows that improve design team processes

Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate in architecture, design, computer science, game design, or a related field
  • Passionate about how technology can improve design workflows and collaboration
  • Eager to learn new software; familiarity with Revit, Enscape, Dynamo or other similar tools is a plus
  • Curious about VR, BIM, automation, or AI applications in architecture and interior design
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Available as of beginning 2026 for at least 5 months

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience with a design team across architecture, interior design, project management, and business processes
  • Exposure to Revit, Enscape, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and other design technology workflows
  • Mentorship from the Design Technology Lead and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • The freedom to experiment, innovate, and test new ideas in digital design
  • Insight into how technology, design, and processes intersect to shape modern practice.
