About the role

Are you a freelance interior designer who thrives on blending creative vision with hands-on project coordination and client engagement? We’re looking for someone available for an assignment to start asap—interested?"

Our Design team is looking for a passionate and independent collaborator to help shape inspiring office environments for our clients.

• Translate client needs into compelling office space concepts and bring them to life—from initial design to final delivery.
• Ensure each project reflects the client’s brand identity and supports employee well-being and productivity.
• Participate in presales, manage timelines and budgets, coordinate suppliers, and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Source quotes, compare pricing, and place orders while ensuring design integrity and execution quality.

What sets you apart?

You love to think conceptually and to materialize and execute your creative design and have the have the ability to convey your ideas to our customers in a compelling way!

• Language: Dutch and/or French + English
• Education: interior Design
• You have good communication skills and are customer oriented.
• A dynamic personality and commercial attitude are very important.
• You can work with Autocad, Sketchup and Lumion and have a problem solving ability.

You have gained solid experience in office design and work accurately
