With a solid foundation in commercial sales and/or leasing, you will be empowered with the autonomy, resources, and strategic support necessary to deliver exceptional results. As an Industrial Sales & Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sale and lease of commercial properties across Melbourne’s East and South-East regions. Your role will involve cultivating and maintaining a robust network of professional relationships, while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate:
- Experience ideally in commercial real estate either as a Sales & Leasing Executive, Analyst or Property Manager
- A commercially astute and entrepreneurial mindset
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
- Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm in a client-facing environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A current Real Estate License
