The Occupier Services business provides end to end property services for corporate occupiers. Services range from managing lease terms and expiries for entire property portfolios, to disposing redundant assets, new site selection and acquisition, tenant advisory, workplace strategy, design & architecture, project management, technology services, and six-star concierge and workplace services.

As an Executive, you will focus on understanding the needs of large Industrial & logistics occupiers based in NSW, providing superior advice, and introducing our suite of services and the power of our geographic coverage as appropriate. This is a role where your ability to understand the key business drivers of C-Level executives and relate that to effective property related strategies with demonstrated business outcomes, will build trusted relationships, and develop long-term "accounts" for Colliers.

Ideally, you will be an industrial broker with a focus on the sales & leasing side of the business with one to two years’ experience. Alternatively, you will be acting in a strategic property advisory/analyst position for industrial & logistics firm(s) as either an external advisor, or internal executive
