Your Role:

  • Assist in property inspections and measured surveys.
  • Research and analyse comparable information.
  • Review lease agreements and draft reports and valuations.

    Qualifications

    Essential requirements for applicants:

    • Must hold an SCSI accredited property degree and ability to obtain a PSRA license
    • Excellent IT and analytical skills with particular attention to detail
    • Experience in Argus Enterprise/Developer and DCF modelling an advantage
    • Good communication skills – Written and Oral
    • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team environment and to tight timescales
    • Full Driver’s License
