General Manager - CMIS

• Originate new developer relationships (/ Sell side advisory), structure and execute transactions, manage existing accounts/relationships, institutionalize relationship with various real estate focused
  lenders and Investors
• Identify new set of Investors and showcase relevant transactions and/ or developer account
• Conceptualize and introduce new product ideas/ structures from regulatory and tax perspective
• Responsible for Revenue targets for Capital Markets and Investment Services
• Candidate should have good network with Developers.
• Debt & equity underwriting/cash flow modeling experience in all property types preferred
• Must have exceptional financial modeling capabilities in Microsoft Excel and / others

• 8 - 9 Years of experience into Real Estate.
• Person should have excellent exposure to Business Development, Structure Negotiation, and
  Financial Modelling. Should be excellent with PPT skills.
• Must be an MBA or CFA or CA
• Preferably be from Investment Banking/IPC with Business Development and transaction experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively, to demonstrate strong organizational skills and to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills Well-versed in analytical acumen, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills. Quality oriented
• Self-Motivated and result oriented individual
• Possess leadership skills, and should encourage juniors in pursuit of excellence in their chosen occupation
