What You will be Doing:
Provide support to the Senior Fund Manager in:
- Preparing the Fund's Business Plan and periodic updates, also through the drafting of sensitivities scenarios;
- Preparing the necessary documents for committees, deliberative bodies and investors;
- Evaluating new investment opportunities;
- Relations with Asset and Valuation functions.
What You Bring:
- Excellent academic career path in financial economic disciplines, Master RE is a plus;
- Previous experience in real estate sector in fund/investment/transaction divisions (e.g. asset management company, consulting);
- Knowledge in financial modelling;
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
