- Ensure growth and oversee achievement of regional targets, profitability and continued viability of the service line.
- Ensure a healthy pipeline of solid leads through various Business development programs.
- Accountable in getting the team to perform regular and effective Business Development to identify prospective clients who require Industrial & Logistics space and seek appointments to identify suitable properties with property owners who wish to dispose / lease space.
- Have prior hands-on experience of Account Management. Should have individual Account relationships. Manage and maintain Key Account relationships.
- Present offers of terms and conditions on properties and Conduct inspections for clients who were looking to buy or lease properties.
- Advise property owners / developers on project marketing methodologies such as sale / lease by inviting site visits or bids / auctions, direct marketing of project, advertising etc.
- Ensure maintenance of a database of properties with details such as photographs, floor plans, specifications, availability data, rent / sale Price, market rental values, capital values etc.
- Follow up with clients & landlords on contractual deliverables such as payments, handover of space etc. as agreed on scope of work.
- Execute annual business plans & budgets pertaining to the allotted region.
- Mentor and Support juniors in the team and groom them professionally to help them achieve excellence in their chosen field of occupation.
- Responsible for cross selling of other service lines to all clients.
- Plan and maintain Systems and processes for all internal and external clients.
Graduate / Post Graduate
- 7 - 15 years’ experience in real estate development consultancy with a focus in Industrial and Logistics.
- Strong track record of working successfully with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed business environment.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with over experience managing a team. Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges.
- Prior talent representation and occupier services skills in Asia are essential to be successful in this role.
- Out-going personality and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong client-facing, business network and presentation skills.
