Job Description

We are seeking a professional and proactive Front of House to join our Real Estate Management Services team.  This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and secure environment for tenants, visitors, contractors, and suppliers. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and smooth building operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, tenants, contractors, and suppliers with professionalism to create an exceptional first impression.
  • Act as the central point of reference for building information and services, ensuring clear communication and support.
  • Monitor lobby and Loading Bay activity to prevent unauthorized access, maintaining safety and security.
  • Identify and address safety, security, and maintenance issues promptly, coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
  • Perform Chief Fire Warden duties and manage emergency procedures to ensure compliance and occupant safety.
  • Support operational efficiency and enhance tenant experience, driving satisfaction and brand reputation.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to issues.
  • Knowledge of building operations, safety, and security protocols.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in access systems and mobile apps.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
  • Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, or property management is highly desirable.
