Job Description

We're on the lookout for seasoned professionals who are passionate about upholding top-notch building compliance, operations, and presentation standards, all while adding significant value for our clients.

As a vital member of our Retail Real Estate Management Services team, you'll get to oversee a diverse array of assets and ensure the seamless operation of retail centres. Plus, you'll have the incredible chance to cultivate and nurture crucial relationships with clients and contractors, offering valuable recommendations to enhance our clients' asset performance.

In this role, your knack for effective budget management and contribution to investment strategies for maximizing asset values will be pivotal. Your expertise in cost control and expenditure management will also play a crucial role in our success. Other key accountabilities include:

  • Develop a clear understanding of the property management agreement(s) for your portfolio and ensure that our service delivery meets those requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a robust Building Compliance regime.
  • Collaboratively working with Centre Managers and the wider team to develop and deliver Sustainability and HSE initiatives.
  • Assisting with the presentation and day-to-day operations and facilities of allocated properties, including security, maintenance and safety.
  • Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues.
  • Working with the relevant Centre Managers to produce monthly client reports as required.
  • Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is executed in accordance with schedules.

Qualifications

The skills and experience you will bring include:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience using computer-based building maintenance and management systems.
  • Excellent financial literacy and IT skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
