Job Description
We have opportunities for Registered or near-Registered Valuers to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in our Bay of Plenty or Waikato offices. Colliers is a well established and respected brand in these regional markets and we are looking for individuals who can continue to build on Colliers’ reputation for excellent service and sound property advice. We are open to discussions with experienced valuers looking for a change in location and/or those nearing registration who are wanting to elevate their experience and profile.

The value you'll add
- Deliver timely and quality valuation and consultancy advice, reports, and quotations
- Ensure the provision of high standards of service to our clients
- Assess current market values and properties
- Extract data and evidence for analysis
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate to ensure success and leverage the collective expertise of our 700+ team members across New Zealand
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and initiatives
Qualifications
- Registered or near-Registered Valuer
- Tertiary qualification in property
- Industry knowledge of relevant property markets
