Colliers are seeking a motivated and experienced commercial agent to join our high performing Investment Services division based in our Brisbane CBD office. You will be part of an established and successful team responsible for building and strengthening relationships to transact a variety of commercial property including retail, office, showroom, service stations and childcare assets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering best practice marketing submissions
• Developing and implementing sales campaigns
• Actively pursuing new appointments from private, corporate and government clients
• Achieving revenue targets

If you fulfil the following criteria, we want to hear from you;

• Entrepreneurial and commercially astute with previous commercial property sales and or leasing experience (1-2years)
• Tertiary qualifications in property, business or related discipline
• Current QLD Real Estate certificate
• Strong work ethic and passion to succeed
• Confident, driven and enthusiastic
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• The ability to work in a team focussed environment
• A customer-centric attitude
• Willing and able to take responsibility for your own market and client base
