Job Description

We are seeking a Service Transition Lead to oversee the seamless rollout and operational integration of Colliers’ SAP SuccessFactors Platform across the EMEA region. This strategic role is crucial for managing the transition of services into full-scale operations, ensuring operational readiness, minimising risks, and maintaining continuous alignment with business processes.

The Service Transition Lead orchestrates the seamless integration of new and updated services into live operations, prioritising operational readiness, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder communication. This role collaborates across teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and service integration, boosting Colliers' operational capabilities across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Transition Plans: Craft detailed plans encompassing activities, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  • Change Management: Lead the assessment and integration of changes within our SAP infrastructure to maintain service excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison, providing consistent updates and driving stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Quality Assurance and Documentation: Uphold high standards in transition processes and keep detailed records for audits and training.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; ITIL and PMP certifications preferred.
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in service transition management, ideally with exposure to SAP products like SuccessFactors and S4/Hana.
  • Exhibits strong project management capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Is self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
