Job Description

Colliers is seeking an EMEA SAP Payroll DevOps Engineer to join our Technology Solutions team. This critical role focuses on supporting and improving our SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) environments. You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, IT professionals, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our SAP landscape.

Colliers EMEA is still relatively early-on in our transition to a SAP back-office. The successful candidate will be part of a new team that will take accountability for service delivery and ongoing improvement to SAP applications (SuccessFactors; Employee Central Payroll, SAP S/4 HANA; Concur; CPEA and BTP Services).

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Payroll and Core Platform Support:

  • Provide day-to-day support and manage minor configurations for SAP SuccessFactors and ECP.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues while adhering to ITIL best practices.
  • Ensure alignment across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Manage and implement technical changes, upgrades, and certificate renewals

Application Integration Development and Improvement:

  • Oversee inbound and outbound integration points between ECP, SuccessFactors, and other platforms like Concur and Salesforce.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues, including i-doc errors.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, error handling, and preventative maintenance.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to prioritize enhancements and align with business objectives.
  • Communicate updates, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support the adoption of new features during bi-annual SAP releases.

Technical Expertise:

  • Support UK payroll configurations, including wage-types, pension schemes, and absence processing.
  • Ensure effective payroll posting and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, ECP, and SAP Integration Suite preferred.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll.
  • Strong expertise in UK payroll configuration and payroll control center processes.
  • Proven experience with SAP integration technologies, middleware platforms, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development, ITIL practices, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
