Job Description

Key purpose of Role:

The EMEA Marketing Systems Specialist is a newly created role which is accountable for supporting Colliers automated Marketing tool, Adobe Marketo and other key marketing systems in use across Colliers EMEA business. The role will report into Head of EMEA Salesforce Centre of Excellence (based in Warsaw, Poland).
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take accountability for key Marketing Platforms which include e.g. Adobe Marketo, Sitecore CMS, SharePoint sites, and manage technical resolution of escalated live-service issues.
  • Technically support the full suite of EMEA Marketing applications, including SaaS products, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability of all tools used by the marketing team.
  • Build technical awareness and understanding of the various integrations between EMEA Marketing applications and the wider Colliers IT Landscape so that issues / change can be effectively managed.
  • Provide technical guidance on changes to introduce new features and improvements, liaising with the appropriate teams to gain approvals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify, troubleshoot and optimise lead-flow issues and lead assignment rules between Marketo & Salesforce.
  • Act as a data accuracy ambassador, fostering effective collaboration between the Head of Digital Marketing and the Head of Data, to ensure streamlined data workflows to identify best practices and scalable success across the organization.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with the Salesforce CoE and Marketo CoE ensuring knowledge is effectively transferred and that technical governance around the Marketo platform is understood and observed.
  • Support marketing system upgrades in conjunction with Colliers Technology team and wider stakeholders.
  • Work with the Colliers Service Delivery Team to align with ITIL standards in respect of support / change / problem / incident management and ensure that any 3rd party providing extended Application Support Services operates within the EMEA Service Delivery model.
  • Create and maintain solution documentation including technical designs, project plans, workflows and training documents.
  • Liaise with the wider EMEA IT Team on SaaS security audits and both DR and Business continuity planning as and when necessary.
  • Work with the Marketo Business Product Owner (in Marketing) to ensure that there is an agreed and prioritised backlog of functional enhancements / changes with a delivery timetable for Development / Test and Release (a shared Roadmap of improvements).
  • Ensure focus on achieving GDPR compliance in collaboration with the Business Product Owner.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of automated reporting processes, ensuring marketing teams have access to accurate, timely performance data.
  • Support where necessary optimisation of Marketo campaigns including email template setup, campaign setup, landing/web pages, lead nurture, event promotion, A/B testing, scheduling, tracking and measuring campaign performance.
  • Support the integration of reporting data from multiple tools and translate this information into actionable insights using Power BI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership in assessing, reviewing, and optimising the current marketing technology ecosystem to ensure scalability, best practice, and return on investment.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Detailed knowledge of marketing systems, with the ability to design, implement and support sophisticated marketing automation solutions that increase efficiency and drive impact.
  • Hands-on experience of Marketo administration including Adds/Moves/Changes would be advantageous.
  • Social media integration (LinkedIn, and META).
  • Digital analytics – Google Analytics and Power BI dashboards.
  • CMS experience with Sitecore would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, adapting to diverse ways of working across the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at varying levels of digital maturity, ensuring alignment and support tailored to both advanced and developing markets.
  • Previous experience within the Real Estate industry (Desirable)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign execution.
  • Basic HTML & CSS skills for making edits to emails and landing pages.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience in application integration, preferably in a complex enterprise environment that is a combination of Cloud and on-premise applications.
