As the Digital Marketing Manager for Colliers EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including SEO, social media, property search, and email marketing. This position will work closely with the EMEA Head of Digital Marketing, the global marketing team, and local stakeholders to drive success in our strategic client engagement initiatives.
In this dynamic role, you will enhance and implement digital strategies, focusing on improving engagement and lead generation, while also updating content on Colliers.com. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of marketing teams across the region.
Key Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager (EMEA) is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to enhance client engagement, lead generation, and digital innovation across Colliers' online platforms, contributing to the success of the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Execution:
- Support, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across all digital channels including website, email, and social media.
- Manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns, regional digital campaigns, and sharing best practices using GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Hootsuite.
- Collaborate with the global digital team to advocate for and implement global digital tools like Adobe Marketo for customer engagement and Meta Business Suite for social alignment across EMEA.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and the wider EMEA Marketing team to improve digital marketing performance.
- Educate internal stakeholders on digital best practices through 1-on-1 or small group sessions.
- Foster strong relationships with global and local market stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital strategies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track the performance of digital activities and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- Develop and present conclusive reporting on campaign performance across channels using analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign managers.
Innovation and Best Practices:
- Continuously adopt a test-and-learn mentality to experiment with innovative ideas for improved performance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to drive excellence across all EMEA markets.
Skills & Experience:
- Must have: Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing strategies across channels such as websites, email marketing, and social media, with demonstrated expertise in driving engagement and performance
- Preferred: B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within real estate (though not essential).
- Proficient in CMS systems (Sitecore preferred), Google Analytics (GA4), and email campaign performance tracking.
- Experience managing social media content and campaigns, with knowledge of Adobe Marketo, Hootsuite, and MS Sharepoint as a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously, while delivering high levels of accuracy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate digital strategies and concepts clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A creative mindset with a proactive, ideas-driven approach to problem-solving.
