Director, Survey

The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.

We are seeking a Director, Survey to join our NSW leadership team. With offices across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, and NT, we deliver exceptional value to our clients through a collaborative culture, a commitment to excellence, and continuous investment in our people. This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role and be a key member of the leadership team.

As a Business Builder, you will:

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of registered surveyors, surveyors, and drafters.
• Drive business strategy, foster client relationships, and ensure excellence in project delivery.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships across NSW to expand market presence and create new opportunities.

• Tertiary qualifications in Surveying
• Current registration as a Surveyor with Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (or equivalent)
• Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
• A track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower your team.
