Job Description
Are you a client‑facing professional who can manage relationships from the very beginning to the final execution of a deal? Do you have a strong passion for Retail Agency and the entire Occupier world? Are you familiar with the retail market and well‑acquainted with international brands?
Who You Are
Our Agency & Capital Markets team is looking for a Senior professional who will operate in a fully client‑facing role. He/She should bring enthusiasm, a strong propensity for teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid technological aptitude, and strong linguistic capabilities.
Your Activities
- Independent Clients Management (both Landlords and Tenants)
- Leads origination (new mandates and clients)
- Independent Agency Mandates Management
- Negotiations and Deals Management
We are seeking a professional specialized in High Street, with a primary focus on Agency activities. Additionally, on an opportunistic basis, the role may involve tasks related to Capital Markets.
Qualifications
- Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)
- Knowledge of the International Retail Market
- >7 years of relevant experience
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in English
- Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel and Power Point
- Independent management of relationships and negotiations with the main market players (Landlords, Investors, Retailers, etc.)
- Availability to travel across the main Italian cities.
