Today our portfolio is rapidly expanding, we are assembling a team of the best-in-class international residential professionals with our mission to execute sales through innovative marketing and ensuring clients are at the core of our offering.

An opportunity has presented itself for a highly motivated, energetic and experienced professional to join the departments journey in expansion.

The Director of Sales will work in conjunction with the Head of International Properties to drive the success of the business line, building the team and assisting with the execution of business line strategies.

Main duties will include the management of the sales team, including the creation and implementation of plans for the wider team to meet sales targets. Alongside developing and cultivating relationships with clients.

The candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of International Properties, strong relationships with their personal database, with the responsibility for hitting their own individual sales target.


Qualifications

  • Good command of both written and spoken English (Cantonese or Mandarin will be placed in advantage)
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ working experience with solid managerial experience
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of UK property
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Highly collaborative, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
