Director characteristics include:

• Lead the Melbourne based Mortgage valuation business.
• Grow the business through recruitment and retention of leading local valuers.
• Maintain strong key bank client relationships in line with business appetite.
• Ensure the provision of quality advice from the Mortgage team in line with business appetite.
• Deliver revenue and profit in line with budget expectations.

• Minimum Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years’ experience.
• Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy.
• Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
• Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel, Word and Estate Master.
• Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines.
