Job Description
Our dedicated team of commercial mortgage valuation experts specialise in the provision of valuation and advisory services to the commercial mortgage sector across Australia.
Through market knowledge, best in class platform and an extensive track record we ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Continued advances in our use of technology include software models, report templates and client, property and transaction databases. Rigorous training standards and external quality assurance processes provide accurate, timely and consistent advice.
Director characteristics include:
- Lead the Melbourne based Mortgage valuation business.
- Grow the business through recruitment and retention of leading local valuers.
- Maintain strong key bank client relationships in line with business appetite.
- Ensure the provision of quality advice from the Mortgage team in line with business appetite.
- Deliver revenue and profit in line with budget expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years’ experience.
- Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy.
- Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
- Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel, Word and Estate Master.
- Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines.
