With a collaborative environment and a commitment to excellence, we're seeking a motivated professional to lead our dedicated team or join us as a senior hotel broker.
Supported by a senior valuer, you will leverage your expertise and that of our team, to sell a broad range of hotel and hospitality assets across New Zealand and the South Pacific. This role is key, as it ensures the continuity of our success following the retirement of the current leader. Key responsibilities:
- Lead the National Hotels team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Oversee the valuation process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive sales, leveraging your network of professional contacts to identify opportunities and negotiate transactions.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

- Qualification in a relevant field such as Property, Property Valuation, Finance, Real Estate Sales, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience in property valuation and transactions is desirable
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a similar role within the property or hospitality sector.
- Strong network of professional contacts within the industry, including property developers, investors, and hospitality operators.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience in the hotel and hospitality industry is preferred
