Director | Capital Markets - Institutional Clients

Colliers is a global leader in real estate services, driven to deliver exceptional results for clients. Our Capital Markets team in Brisbane is expanding, and we’re seeking a high-performing professional to lead institutional client engagement and drive major on-market transactions.

As a Director within our Capital Markets division, you’ll be at the forefront of institutional real estate strategy, working with major fund managers and leveraging Colliers’ national and international networks. You’ll play a key role in winning major business, facilitating high-value transactions, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients
• Drive revenue through strategic engagement with Colliers’ client base
• Collaborate with the Head of Office Capital Markets as to secure controlled opportunities
• Lead targeted programs to grow institutional business activity
• Respond to internal referrals and participate in national capital markets calls
• Initiate regular client meetings and informal engagements
• Ensure accurate reporting in partnership with Marketing and Information teams
• Meet monthly revenue targets
• Enhance Colliers’ profile through media and public relations
• Share cross-divisional referral opportunities
