Our Valuation & Advisory Services team values commercial, industrial, hotels, healthcare, rural and retail assets across Australia as well as specialised asset classes including child-care, self-storage, data centres and service stations. We are seeking a Director, Agribusiness to join our high-performing team based in our Perth office.
As a senior member of the national Valuation & Advisory Services team, you will work across some of Australia’s best assets and contribute to one of the most highly regarded valuation platforms in the country.
You will gain valuation exposure to a wide range of rural property types including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure and water entitlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Broad selection of agribusiness-based property.
- Quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
- Best in class valuation delivery and quality assurance platform.
- Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team.
- Travel to regional/remote areas of WA.
- Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement by taking ownership of new and existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with other service lines across Colliers and complete valuation work for mutual clients.
- Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines.
- An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years’ experience post CPV qualification.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Valid Australian drivers’ license.
- Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy.
- Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions.
