Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Australian Digital & Property Marketing strategy. This is an exciting leadership (and hands-on!) role, integral to innovating Colliers’ industry leading marketing platform and continuously growing the strength of our brand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive customer journeys and marketing automation solutions across the business
  • Identify ways to leverage and evolve our MarTech, develop in-house marketing products and innovate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, productivity and lead generation
  • Own all our major digital platforms including our Australian website and email marketing system
  • Manage our inhouse property marketing & digital experts
  • Effectively manage the company’s digital and property marketing suppliers
  • Ensure best practice across our brand, property marketing and digital campaigns, working in collaboration with service line marketing managers and the corporate marketing team

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B, technology or property marketing
  • Proven digital marketing & platform experience
  • Expertise in social media, web development, digital advertising, CRM, enterprise architecture, email marketing and system development
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys and marketing automation
  • The ability to manage direct reports, suppliers, and contracts to optimal performance
  • An analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple, multi-layered projects, prioritise, and manage stakeholder expectations
